To ensure the child develops healthy eating habits, it's important that it is taught at a young age. Once the healthy habits are developed they will be well set up to become healthy adults.
To instill healthy eating habits among kids, Shri Natesan Vidyasala MHSS, Mannivakam, celebrated 'Nutrition Week,' wherein the students were nutrition chart to follow through out the week.
This was planned to encourage the children to eat nutritious food and abstain from junk food. A talk show was given by S Uma and PT Sunitha, PGT Biology on the importance of consuming nutritious food, keeping oneself healthy, and taking care of Hygiene, which was well received by the kids.
