As a part of international school activities, a team of teachers and students of SHRI NATESAN VIDYASALA Mannivakam headed by Dr N Ramasubramanyan founder of the school and Dr Gayathri Ramachandran Principal visited the College de grand Maeulnes school, Bourges City, France. Both Schools presented presentations on their respective cultures. While the French student's presentations were about Bourges city, school life, life as a teenager in France, music forms popular in France, students of Natesan presented about indo-french relationship, Indian culture, popular festivals of India, traditional dance and music forms of India.
As a part of Global Connecting Classrooms - Natesan Students and Staff were invited as a part of Cultural Visit to Tur Ya Ka School, New Taipei, Taiwan. The students of Shri Natesan Vidyasala, presented variety of programs that showcased the rich cultural heritage of India.

As a part of Global colloborative work, this video has been done by kids. Its a tribute to the 375 year old City, which is a blend of both conservative and modern world. Its one cosmopolitcan city, which everyone would love to be. All the kids had was just 10 days of time to do their homework. It may be amateurish, yet, they have done it all with all sincerity.
Students of Shri Natesan Vidyasala being taught the Talchum dance by South Korean girls, to the Chang Gu beats of the Talchum Club President and Principal of Haeseong, Mr. Jung Yoon Sik.
Who would have known that South Korean Chan Gu draws lot of similarities with Indian instrument Mridangam, or the plucked string instrument of South Korean Kayagum is similar to that of our Veena. Or who would have thought the Talchum dance has similarities to the Indian folk art form Kavadi dance Or the South Korean Pachori folk art is similar to that of South Indian folk art Theerukoothu. The Convergence of Cultures were made possible at Shri Natesan Vidyasala, recently during the Indo-South Korean Interaction Program.

Shri Natesan Vidyasala Mat Hr Sec School, Mannivakkam, brings the Mylapore Music Festival to the Mannivakkam village, which is 50 kms away from City area. In the month-long festival of Margazhi, eminent and upcoming artists perform. Vocal, Instrumental, dance drama, Discourses on Thirupavai, Thevaram, etc., are few to mention. Veena Rangayanaki Rajagopalan, Dr David Reck, Prof. Amherst Univ., USA, gave Veena performance last year.
